Calendar of Events

The membership area of Region Three includes the states of Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia and the District of Columbia. If you're a sworn law enforcement canine handler, trainer or administrator and reside within this area, you are eligible for membership in the United States Police Canine Association, Inc. Download a membership application from the viewer link under Membership and send it to our membership office at the address provided at the bottom of the form.
