Welcome to the web site of Region Three of the United States Police Canine Association (USPCA).  Headquartered in the Washington, DC area, Region Three is one of 26 Regions throughout the United States and Canada.  With a geographical area encompassing the states of Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia and the District of Columbia, Region Three is one of the largest and most active regions in the association.

Please insure that your department has updated this information. Region mail sent to the old Middletown MD address will no longer be forwarded.

NEW EOD CERTIFICATION
The association has added an odor recognition element to the explosive dog certification. If you are a bomb dog handler and wish to certify, please take the time to read the new rules and this important article to prepare yourself.

2009 2nd Quarter Membership Meetings
Region Three monthly membership meetings are held at 8:00 pm on the third Thursday of every month at
the DC FOP, 711 4th St. NW. The dates for this quarter are: July 16, Aug 20, Sept 18. (The June membership meeting scheduled for the 18th is cancelled. It will be incorporated into the PD1 trial agenda on June 19th.)
