Welcome to the web site of Region Three of the United States Police Canine Association (USPCA).  Headquartered in the Washington, DC area, Region Three is one of 26 Regions throughout the United States and Canada.  With a geographical area encompassing the states of Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia and the District of Columbia, Region Three is one of the largest and most active regions in the association.

2008 3rd Quarter Membership Meetings
Region Three monthly membership meetings are held at 8:00 pm on the third Thursday of every month at
the DC FOP, 711 4th St. NW. The dates for this quarter are: July 17th, Aug 21st, and September 18th.
